Usually, orders are handled in 7-10 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Pre-order products, for example, may require longer for some orders. Although we always work to deliver your order to you more quickly, occasionally unavoidable delays may occur. In this scenario, we'll let you know right away that there will be a delay.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a notification with the shipping tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

While checking out, you may use our payment gateway to make payments with any major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards. At the moment of purchase, INR (Indian National Currency) is accepted as payment. The price does not include duties or taxes.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 15 days, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. The firm has the right to withdraw an amount from the reimbursement up to the full MRP of any missing products in cases of missing items in return orders, i.e., when the client claims to have returned many products but real pickup doesn't contain all stated items. This includes promotional items like free presents and silver coins, but it's not restricted to these.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

Please hold onto the package until you're ready to return your item and attach the original receipt. We will set up a return shipment for you if you get in touch with our customer service. You can utilize your own logistics partner and ship it to our warehouse for regions where our partner's return facility is not available.
